I would not buy a mattress that is made by them! I purchase one payed 1200 to 1500 for it. I have RA was looking for something to help me rest better. After having the mattress for a year, it started sagging and it makes you feel like you are rolling out of bed. I had a very small stain on it. So that is how they get out of the warranty. I purchased a mattress from Southerland because of it's icool technology and for it's 15 year warranty. The mattress has been slept on for less than a year and only by myself, as my husband refuses to sleep on it. I am only 135 Lbs, and it is supposed to be medium firm. ************ purchased her mattress through a "Going out of Business" promoter for the furniture industry. ************'s receipt indicates that the product was sold "as is" and without warranty. Additionally, Southerland's warranty requires the use of a bed frame that has a center support. From pictures that ************ provided, it is clear that the frame used did not have a center support and likely caused the sagging she is complaining about.
