I called customer service because there are new patients who have received their medication within 5 days even though they signed up the same time as me. I was able to get ahold of customer service VIA email and Brello put my DOB incorrectly despite me sending an image of my ID I’m more frustrated because I spoke to 2 reps to fix this issue. During our phone call while discussing my issue I was hung up on twice. No it’s not an Issue with my phone Then when I tried to call back I was not able to reach anyone.
I have tried calling three times this week and last week. Each time I was on hold for 10+ minutes and then the phone rang until it hung up. They charged my card without permission today and finally I called again and was able to leave a message. I am out of town for an extended vaca and need to change my mailing address. Now I have to call my bank to dispute the payment. As a provider, I have loved Southend Pharmacy so far. Crisden P from Southend personally texts me updates about my orders and answers any and all questions I have. It is clear they care about patients and doctors wellbeing. I definitely recommend Southend and especially, Crisden P!
My order of tirzepatide was sent to this pharmacy on 6/19 It is now 07/10 and they haven’t fulfilled it yet or shipped out. Everytime I call the phone number it just rings and rings and no one answers. Update *** after I left this review they immediately reached out to me and shipped my product promptly .
The company took my payment on 09.15.25. The next day my account showed sent to pharmacy. Since then I haven’t been given an update, nor has the status changed to show they received it, or if it’s being filled. When I reached out to Brello, they basically said they couldn’t help with the process of fulfillment or shipping. I was called by a Brello associate after my review to resolve the issues stated above. The associate was very professional and assured me that the prescription was filled and should be arriving today.
