Crisden is extremely helpful I had an issue with a billing error and she helped me correct it within 24 hours superior customer service!
The turnaround time is above stellar service!! A couple of less-than-stellar service experienced is order payments being sent to the wrong email inbox and notes added to orders being ignored, causing some unnecessary delays. A work-in-progress because they also work to fix any concerns with top-priority! A+ support!! We've been working with Lutho, a rep, and he's very fast to help!
