I am absolutely outraged at my experience tonight with Southend Pharmacy. They poisoned me, by overdosing me to a point where I was on my knees vomiting heaving bile for days! I had no idea what was happening to my body. Today, after hours of waiting for them to call me back, which never happened, in addition to waiting for them to answer their damn phones, a pharmacist named Colton finally answered and was abrupt, testy, and very impatient, while he blamed me for their mistakes! I’ve been doing business with Southend Pharmacy for 9 months now. Each prescription was packaged well keeping the contents cool and protected. I’ve contacted through email, messenger and also phone. Each time they were very courteous and professional. I’ll continue to do business with them.

I have worked with Southend for quite a while. I’ve always had great experiences with them. They have recently gone through a pretty significant change with their relocation, which caused a few hiccups, but I was very happy with how the Pharmacy handle handled this transition. Specifically, our account representative Aljay Was always available to answer questions and responded timely to any concerns or anything that we needed help with.
