I arrived in-between 3:30-3:45 pm on a Thursday. The sign outside said they close at 4:30 pm. I walked in, informed the lady at the window of what was going on with me. She waited until I was finished to tell me that they had already accepted their last patient for the day. If that's the case, why are you still open, why didn't you lead with that instead of having me waste the little strength that I had? I was told that I could go to the ER or the Walmart Clinic. You might not care, but you lost this customer.

Ok so i started a new PC physician there got bloodwork 2 weeks agao and have yet to get a callback. I wanted a lung xray but the Dr was in a hurry so deferred care . Not starting off on a good foot with me. Reliabilty is a big deal in the medical industry.
