Sales and installation went smoothely. Any questions I had following completion of the job were addressed quickly and positively. The tub is used quite often and it runs beautifully. Would recommend.
Stuart and his crew completed the install of our walk-in tub March of this year. It is a great product and worth every cent. They have been very accommodating with our requests and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed!
My mother in law paid this guy $7000 on July 11th to install a tub for her. Ever since she paid the deposit, he has not answered ONE phone call or text message she has sent him. She has requested her money back on more than one occasion and STILL has not heard a single word. This is a horrific way to do business. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.
We signed a contract on October 15th, paid $6,000, and were told it would be in before Thanksgiving. It was not, and I have tried several times to contact them with only a text saying they would call the supplier and get back right after. We never received a call, and further attempts to contact Stuart have elicited no response.
