I’ve been a patient at this primary care office for a while, and I’ve always liked my doctor and the staff I’ve encountered. But I specifically need to shout out Onita who has been working on my referrals. She truly went above and beyond. From the beginning, she communicated thoroughly and stayed on top of my referral, making sure I kept her updated and that nothing fell through the cracks. They have a very bad attitude when answering the phone, they are rude and arrogant, I would like the administrative staff to take action on the matter.
They have a really slow service. Do not recommend.
Tried this place because daughter needed a refill for birth control, NEVER again. Not only did my daughter tell her multiple times the prescription she was on, she told her several times it was the same meds. Come to find out after Calling walmart pharmacy, it isn’t the same. Never going again!!
