I have been calling since Thursday morning and nobody will answer the phone or return my call, one of my children was diagnosed with strep Wednesday and I became sick late Wednesday night and since they closed the RS office I was told this is the office I now need to go to. I had the same problem getting an appt before and apparently I was mistaken in thinking that was a one time issue. Do they not have a receptionist?!

Dr.Shannon is the BEST. Very knowledgeable and humbled caring provider.
Even though they say they close @ 8, don't go to this Urgent Care between 7 and 7:30. Doctors won't see you and the nurse up front will tell you that you need to go to the emergency room, so they can go home before 8. This place is pathetic...
