If I could give this company zero stars I would. They put up our Underdeck roughly TWO MONTHS AGO and it was honestly like it was put together like a dollhouse. Have sent in photos videos and no one ever got back to me. Terrible work, will never recommend them to anyone. I will drive the extra mile to Rain Away deck in Marietta. They did a much better job and actually care about there customers.
SEUD was recommended by our contractor and project manager for a recent project at our house. From the initial visit by Ben Smith to the installation by Camillo it was a demonstration of consistent excellence. The options were explained and they were open with their suggestions based on their experience and expertise. The final product is beautiful and very functional and we could not be more pleased. I actually started this project last year with Joel but had to put it on the back burner to care for my mom. This project was first on the project to do list for this year! I reached back out to Joel last week. He came back out we went over last years quote, added a few things and got it moving! His crew was out here today 3/19/2024 and got the job done!! While the final product looks nice, they left my screen porch filthy and we're very unprofessional. The tear down people did not complete their job. When done with the job, they left without asking me to inspect. I am handicapped and cannot clean their mess. I would not recommend them to anyone.
