We LOVE our recently-completed underdeck! Southeastern Underdeck Systems (SEUD) did a meticulous and professional job! It looks TERRIFIC! We had underdecking previously, but replaced the entire deck because the original deck for the house was rotting after a few decades, and we had only purchased this home just a few years ago. The previous underdeck was nice, but not nearly as fabulous as what SEUD did for us! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Very impressed with the customer service of this company. I had a part failure on a 3 year old system and it was not draining right. Company came out and fixed it right away.
We had damage from the storm and they came out to fix it immediately. Very professional. I would highly recommend.
The install was done on time, within the quoted price, and our installer Camilo went above and beyond working to accommodate some odd details of our under-deck setup. Life got busy and we waited a bit between initial quote and installation, but SEUD honored the original quote and were even far cheaper than a competing quote from another contractor. In addition to the under-decking, they installed a screen system and two fans we picked out. We've had several rains and everything seems to be working great so far!
