I recently purchased a retractable Tonneau cover. They scheduled me an appointment while I was working without asking, so I had to take off work. I show up for the install and there was a piece of paper on the door stating they were closed. They did not call me to let me know or update their voicemail/ website to let anyone know they were closed. This company is refusing to give my husbands money back to him since November 2nd 2018. He had the cops called on him today and was told not to come back. This is no way to do business. Do not trust this company at all. You would be better off ordering your items off of amazon. At least they admit when they make a mistake.
Went in looking a Tonneau Cover, and the staff was really friendly and assisted me and put me in the right direction. The Price was the best and I even received a veterans discount. And I received the cover next day and the installed it for free. I highly recommend Southeastern Truck Outfitters.
