I did an out of state move, sold my home there, and closed with Southeastern Title Company. Unfortunately, Dorchester County made things difficult when it came to the taxes at closing, but Andrea stayed on top of them to recoup some of the money that was due back to me. She gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process and would give me updates even when I wasn’t thinking about it. Lauren was outstanding! I found her to be very responsive, organized, helpful and quite pleasant. There was an issue I had that had to do with a per diem charge that I disagreed with. Lauren heard me out, went to the firm's attorney, and notified me that Southeastern would take care of the fee. This firm is definitely customer service oriented and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Southeastern Title!
