Therapists are great but itβs extremely frustrating that the office never has staff to answer the phone and whoever does answer the phone just passes you around rather than assisting.Β
Unfortunately canβt get anyone to call me back or answer the phone to ensure our Tricare referral was received. Left multiple messages. Really sucks because I need to get my twins in asap & they told me it was possible but it doesnβt seem to be the case.Β
The staff is amazing and I am very grateful for their hard work and dedication to my son. My son is now talking much better, he eating more food and he finally rode a bike this weekend. I am so glad to have such a great team at the Pembroke location. CSΒ
We love Ivy Rehab and the OT team so much! If your looking for an autism affirming OT for your neurodivergent kids this is the place to come. They are child centered and my son is excited to be here every week. I am so grateful for the patient and care they have with him.Β
