My son was going here. We did like the staff and services until they refused for me (mother) to see any of his records or provide me with a progress report. My son went for 6 months and was 3 years old. I saw a progress but I wanted to know more of how to help my son with his speech. But they said I could not get a report. Upper management call me and she emailed me my sons last progress report. She was very helpful with my issue.Β
This practice is awesome I love how the team was willing to accommodate and adjust to my sonβs personality which can be challenging due to his ASD. I look forward to continuing his therapy at ivy therapy chesapeake. The scheduling team takes their time and explains all the policies with you so that you understand the importance of uour child attendance and how it can affect your child treatments. Pretty much in a nut shell everyone is super friendly and I would highly recommend them Β
