Employees, very knowledgeable. Answered every question I asked. Let me see different units so, I could pick the right size. Then walked me to my storage unit. Showed me how the lock would work on the door… After taking my first boxes to drop off at my storage unit, I got a text the storage company stating that there was movement at my storage unit, they wanted to make sure it was me. I texted back yes…. I feel that I do not have to worry about my things in my storage unit. Thanks
Being using them for 6 years had a problem where I couldn't make my payment they were so understanding and didn't put my stuff up for sale and helped me not lose things that were important to me
