Unless you an expert in whatever equipment you need, don't shop there. No one wants to help you and if you return something the manager treats you like a worthless idiot that is trying to steal from him - even with a receipt. LOVE this place I shop here frequently and LOVE it!!! Wonderful selection and helpful staff (less helpful in the back, in building materials than in other areas) and the prices help you do much more with your money. I always check here last for everything I want...I say last because 99% of the time I know they are going to have the best price and I will buy there. I have learned to browse all areas of the store, because they may have gotten some things I had on my wish list, but didn't think I could afford!

Very rude and unhelpful employee Today, while shopping for slate as part of an extensive home improvement project, I dealt with one of your employee's in the flooring department. He clearly saw that I was shopping and I did explain that I was going to be spending near 400 dollars in my purchase today. My simple request was that we open one box of slate so I could verify the color and see several tiles laid out together.
