The staff is great!!! So helpful when I was trying to locate an item in another location. They went far above their duty to try to help me make my daughters room special.
These people had a bed for sale with no screws or all of the pieces,when I called to let them know they said the manager was not in.When I did get help they were unconcerned and told me flat out I can't get a refund from a bed without all the pieces,I spent almost 200.00. Previously I bought a butcher counter top and it's about 300.00 the stain was just on one side so I called and they brushed me off again. Ruth was very sweet and went above and beyond to help us find our outdoor umbrella!
Shawn was exceptionally knowledgeable. His signage on the hardwood and laminate flooring really helped me determine how much I needed and let me know if I would be able to get more if I miscalculated. Wish every store did this!
