Dr. Kleinman is patient, gentle and very kind. The facility is clean and orderly. Staff is always professional and friendly. Be prepared to wait a bit as they are usually busy, overall I highly recommend.
They are always over scheduled. I had an appointment at 2:15 pm. It's currently 3:45 pm and I'm still waiting. The waiting room is small and always crowded.
