If you make an appointment, check-in then go shopping nearby and get them a clock and calendar because you won’t be seen for several hours. Abysmal.

I brought my father in law in for cataract surgery and I was disgusted by the smell from the bathroom. The bathroom was nasty and had trash in the floor and what looked to be urine on the floor between the toilet and sink. Absolutely horrible for a Dr office.
