Front desk had a sign that read something like "due to the complexity of retina procedures you can expect to wait 2 to 3 hours to be seen by your physician....we respect your time...." We were there four hours total, totally and completely unacceptable. I do not care how good a doctor is, if they do not have the decency to be honest about respecting the patients time, then that doctor is worthless.
