Thankful they’re working on getting my vision back but the wait time is ridiculous especially time you do get in a room you only in their 15-20 max. So you just spend most of a whole day waiting for hours for a 20 min max for a doctors time. Seriously this is 2025, and it’s a major issue. It’s not just happened once but every single time like so many others
I woke up half blind in one eye. Desperate for answers this was the 2nd specialist I had went to in 24 hours. I noticed the sign on the front desk that read they have a no tolerance for disrespect. I thought it was kind of Strange. But seeing as how I left with tears in my eyes Due to the doctor treating me like I was wasting his time, I see why they had it now. My mother saw Dr. Miller and he was excellent with her and there was times she did have a little while longer than usual but his care with her was worth it. So now I just had to retina reattachment surgery and my dr is Dr. Perkins and he is one of the most kindest Drs I've ever been to and I didn't have to wait long at all and great bedside manner. Would recommend him anytime and the nursing staff was super nice to me and my family that accompanied me
