Great first day. Kept me busy the whole time, and found some things I can do to reduce back pain.
Physical therapy is not where I want to be, but if the need arises IVY PT is a great place to be. This place has been a warm and welcoming place to be. The therapists are great. I have had bad experiences with PT centers that bounce you around between different therapists who were unfamiliar with your issues and progress. At IVY it doesn’t matter who is treating you that particular day because there always seems to be multiple sets of eyes monitoring your activities. Erika in the front office is delightful! The Clinic Director, Crystal, is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Libby, Maddie, and Sara are also knowledgeable and helpful to make sure I'm doing the exercises the right way. They check in with patients often about how they're feeling, how they're noticing improvement, if anything feels off, and adjusts if needed. I actually enjoy PT and look forward to going!
