1/20/25 fast unloading. Giving it 1 star because of highway robbery lumper fee. $208 for 9 pallets. That’s just greed.
Unloaded in 20 minutes. 10 pallets been 3 hours still no paperwork.
Fairly easy to find. GPS brought me strait here. Arrived a few minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances, they didn’t give me any issue. Put directly in a door. Plenty room to maneuver. 6am appt. Arrived 6:15. Entire floor load of 470 packages. Out by 8am. Super satisfied. Happily come back. Thank you!
30 minutes unload over night parking, Respect full team
OTR driver beware! 6 am appointment. It took them 5 and a half hrs to unload me! And I was here FIRST! I asked beforehand the lumper woman and an employee of this screwed up company if they could unload me in 2 hrs because I have a pick up at 8am. They all assured me that it won’t take them long. Fast forward almost 6 hrs later the employee brings me BOL smiling like he and playing dumb. Avoid unless you like to have your entire day wasted and run your clock down.
