Looks like they changed the lumper service co, got unloaded in an hour, paid lumper and got put there within an hour and half. Thanks guys.
If you're an owner operator and you book your own loads PLEASE avoid this place at all cost. I had a 8 am delivery, paid the $400 lumper fee and four hours later I'm still here. You're definitely going to lose money trying to make the money delivering to this place! You've been warned!!!
If I could leave a negative star I would. I started out dealing with PFS as my paper company but it was then merged with this awful company. During the switch over I am in the middle of opening a new restaurant and decided to use them there as well, well lets just say I'm sitting here writing this review 13 hours before opening day of my new restaurant and i have no to go bags, no to go silverware, no cup holders, no bar straws, no spray bottles to wipe down tables, and no napkins for customers to use. needless to say im spe... read more
