1. Billing department is downright terrible. Threatening to put my wife and others into collections because of your glitch in the system and not taking any accountability of fixing it is downright in morale and not professional. You all should be taken to court for the thousands of people you've messed up. Causing so much stress for my family and many others. I'll never recommend anyone to this place
My first time to this hospital, the main entrance is not clear. The emergency entrance is not clear. The parking lot has no signs as to how to find the main entrance. There's no sign on the main entrance. Round and round, we go all the way back to the motor pool, parking and staff parking. Frustrating. The circle drive does not say main entrance.
