We wanted to explore our options for finding legal help for a veteran, when we came in they just gave us a form to fill out and when we had a question on the form, Emily ended up helping us by just asking a few income questions. She immediately said we make way too much money to be helped. I just called legal aid and got told I had to press two for English my family is from Russia we had to learn speak English everybody else should too and you can't even talk to someone in legal aid because nobody answers the phone we're paying these people to do a job and they can't even answer the phone
They're calling it an experiment I got shafted and they didn't give a damn just picking the easy cases
I had an attorney representing me from this division and handled my case wonderfully but, prior to the end of our business relationship I told him very clearly that I knew that my previous landlord was going to try to avoid returning my deposit and I could have sworn that I was told that something would be written up in the papers about my deposit but turns out, nothing was and he told me that he would not be representing me in regards to getting my deposit back and he also made it very clear with their attorney that he woul... read more
