The staff are very uneducated. The doctor is very rude. But you have to accept it because if you go on dialysis, these are the doctors you will see on dialysis. Forget customer care. They do not care. You are at their mercy. Such a completely unorganized organization. They have gone two weeks twice without doing anything about my husbands potassium. We’ve had to stay on top of them. What happens to those who have no one to advocate for themselves???
Terrible! Called these people 6-8 times and I haven’t heard back from them to schedule an appointment. They made excuses after excuses about not having all of my labs and notes when I know I received a confirmation stating so. Unacceptable do better.
Friendly staff, exceptional care provided. Nicole, one of the nurses is very sweet and did not get annoyed when I called back 2 times with additional questions I forgot to ask. Highly recommend.
