They came out quick when we initially called (we had water leaking in our camper). They came and fixed it. And infact went above and beyond by talking to my warranty people with me so i could maybe get reimbursed(i didnt).. then 15 days later I realized water had been leaking from a spot they had fixed. I thought my kids were spilling their water at first so it took me awhile to realize it was coming from that spot. I messaged him and he said they would come back out. This place did a great job fitting us in to replace our water pump. Aaron called to let us know when he would get there and was very respectful. The only miscommunication we had is I got a price for a pump but southeastern picked one up from a different dealer which cost me an additional $50 But I would definitely use them again.
We are very satisfied with the service we received from Aaron. It was a confusing wire connection issue on the switch for the front hydraulic jacks & he didn't give up until he had it figured out! We will definitely use this company in the future & we will DEFINITELY recommend you guys. Thank you Aaron!!!!
If you are looking for an RV mobile repair company, Southeastern Mobile RV Repair is definitely the one call. Scott and his guys gave us fantastic service replacing our batteries in our motorhome. They were prompt, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Price was reasonable also. Would highly recommend Southeastern Mobile RV Repair.
