terribly long waits. If you're not a cancer patient but need blood disorder care, find a dedicated hematology office. this is first and foremost an oncologist office.
Please fix your goggle hours or fix the answering machine. I called at 4:30pm 30 minutes before closing to try to get some answers and the answering machine says yall are closed but goggle says yall are open. It is unprofessional for the patients. Hopefully I can get my answers on Monday. Other then that the staff and doctors are amazing people but it’s hard to communicate with them when the answering machine is saying yall are closed. 3/5 stars !
I don't like coming here
I love every single person that I have encountered at this facility. I was so scared when I first began coming here and they were so welcoming. A special shout out goes out to Faith. She was the first nurse to start my chemo and the last nurse to end my chemo. You are the greatest. Thank u to all the nurses and everyone who took care of me. Dr. Martinez and Dr.J are awesome. There wasn't a question that didn't go unanswered and always words of encouragement that went a long way. Thank you for everything.
I want to rewrite my review because I am currently on my sixth treatment out of 12 and I cannot say more amazing things about the doctors. The staff the nurses everyone in that entire office wants to be there to care for their patients with so much love and compassion I’ve never met a medical facility where every single person working there genuinely makes you feel so seen.
