SMOC is a good place for helping people treat cancer the place to me seems helpful and caring they are also a hardworking staff they are good at what they do caring for others and no negativity or rudeness from any of the staff members. And I am thankful for them taking care of my mom, much love and respect for them and their hardwork keep it up .
My wife was there for her first appointment and the girls in the oncology room were loudly laughing and joking about hot dogs and sausages. The patients that go there feel awful b4 they show up and worse when they leave. They dont want to hear that kind of thing. There was however one girl in the oncology room who was taking care of my wife and she was wonderful. Soft spoken and apologetic about the other girls. I have really appreciated all that SMOC has done for me. From all the unending paperwork they’ve processed on my behalf, to labs and treatments, they’ve remained kind and professional. I’m truly blessed for all they’ve done for me.
