I want to rewrite my review because I am currently on my sixth treatment out of 12 and I cannot say more amazing things about the doctors. I’ve been coming here for over three years for treatment and follow-on care, and I honestly can’t say a single bad thing about my experience. Dr. Jay is hands-down one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met. When I was first diagnosed, I was angry, scared, and overwhelmed. Was refereed to this oncologist by my surgeon, big mistake. Today was my second and last visit. In both instances I waited in the lobby for over an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time. Today I waited for nearly an hour before being brought back to the exam room only to sit for an additional 30 minutes waiting for the doctor to arrive. Today was supposed to be my first appointment with this facility. I arrived early as instructed with all the necessary documents requested. I was called back 20min after my appointment time and sat in the room without ever seeing a doctor for an hour. When I asked to reschedule I was told they overbooked so they could leave early today.
All of the staff are amazing..made me feel like family
