I visited this business on 1/22/18. I will not go back. This business has the worst customer service and the sales person behaved as if she was doing the customers a favor and could care less. Rushed with answers. Sales person did not clearly and completely explain the pay options (insurance or self-pay) and then behaved very unprofessionally when asked clarifying questions. There was no apology or thank you. Will definitely not go back.

I surely don't know why you have a so called after hours phone number when nobody answers your phone or returned your calls . I first called at 5:14pm March 15, 2017 and yes recording says your store is open till 5:30 but nobody bothered to answer the telephone ! Then the recording says if this is an emergency push extension 108 leave your message and someone will return your call What a load of crock My sons oxygen concentrator went out tonight and I have left four messages since my first phone call How long am I supposed t... read more
