I purchased a new boat last year, sea hunt 275 ultra. I ran into some small problems. Chris and his team took care of them. They treated me with quality customer service. This year, I purchased a 305 ultra, I wanted a bigger boat, and they made sure it met all my expectations. I always feel comfortable calling Chris or Mickey for any concern about the new boat. I will be buying my next boat in the future from Southeastern Marine.
The experience with the entire Southeastern Marine team is exceptional. Our new 2025 Gamefish 28, "Luv It", speaks for itself, but nothing compares to the experience I had during my recent purchase. Chris Ostergren is TOP NOTCH. 100% knowledgeable of the product and listens to you to customize your purchase. He never pressured me into any decision and coached me along the way to get the platform that fit me and my entire family. Thanks again to Chris, you are the best!
3/21/25 The 02 236 Sailfish that has a brand new engine was guaranteed by Mickey and it was gone through 100 percent and solid. After paying a surveyor $500.00 to find out the entire deck is soft along with the gunnels with a hammer test and moisture meter his response is: That his opinion??? Its not an opinion its a fact! A moisture meter is not an opinion! Putting lip stick on a pig and thinking its something else is not fair business! A total rip off!!! BEWARE... He talks a big game.

*Updating to three stars as dealer reached back out after a previous conversation, and is trying to help me to fix the issue. Will update again if they are able to help make things right.* **Added a fourth star as they did make things right. If you leverage their services, I highly recommend you keep up regular communication.** The dealer did replace my trailer with a model that is much better, and I worked with them to get a new motor as well.
