The transportation department is excellent especially my last driver Mr. Jo Davis he made our trip very pleasant he is a very nice friendly person to be around. Thank you Mr. Jo we enjoyed the conversation.
I wouldn’t recommend the community support team or this company in general. I engaged in services last year with the lumberton team for community support. While initially in lumberton on their team my case was profoundly mismanaged, my team was tasked with helping with my mental health and assisting with housing as well as transportation in relation to my housing related goals. I’ve asked to see psychiatrist so I can get to the root of my issues and deal with many losses and the fact that I’m now a wheelchair bound due to a mistake of a neurosurgeon, but I have yet to see a psychiatrist.
