Cudos to SEIEC today! We arrived home this afternoon to discover our power was out (along with our neighbors on our street). I called to report the outage and 40 minutes later power was back on! Big THANK YOU to the power coop for responding so quickly!
Hope no one ever has someone die in their family and in the tragic aftermath you have to deal with these people. My Father was a customer since 1997. Called them to get his bill taken out of the capital credits or have them paid out. They told me it would take months to get them paid (which are owed to him) but I needed to pay the bill NOW. Our power started flickering off and on just before 4. I went around unplugging everything, and finally went out to unplug the hybrid van and the first truck rolled up. Only one half of our road. Fox Hunters, Benton, was dark. Our half! It took awhile but power was restored by 8. We didn’t even have to call it in. Working in the dark in the wind and rain, wow! It takes special people. So very much appreciate you all!
