No power, no updates, and can’t get ahold of anyone via phone. Pick Ameren if you have the option.
We lost power because all the wind and rain.But when I called to report it I couldn't talk to Noone as they said too many calls.I called multiple times.This is not right .what if someone n my household was on oxygen?? IT NOT ACCEPTABLE .
