I emailed this company and I got a reply to the email asking me to call a certain person and I did (left a message) however, the call was never return. I guess the company didn't want to deal with me for some reason. Oh, Well. I'll order a CPAP from Amazon soon because I can't seem to find anyone in Columbus willing to sell me one.
