Trying to call after being told to call back in 15 minutes to set up an appointment (NOT MY APPOINTMENT, BUT A FAMILY MEMBER) and now everytime we call we get a busy signal. Either hang up your phone all the way, or hire people who actually want to do their job
Tina, Donald, Leah & Betty worked with us to get my mother an oxygen concentrator for a week visit to Myrtle Beach, they were wonderful and went out of their way to deliver it to her nursing home for our convenience and take care of payment with no issues since we live in another state. Thank you again to the team!
Can not get oxygen when your are out,no one will answer phones.
