Not worth the 1 star. Really wanted to give a zero star. I had in home Physical therapy after having a Total knee replacement and the service was totally terrible.. Therapist I had did absolutely nothing for me. never interacted with my leg to move it except to move my knee cap (5days after surgery) then on the 7th day my ankle swelled and I asked him about that and said that was normal. We are in Lancaster and the Etown office serves us. I've never had a serious issue with them and the home healthcare staff: her case manager, Jen, her nurse Lindsay, her HHA Ashley, her OT Kerry and her two PT ppl, Gary and Jerome have been AMAZING. I had one issue using the "call button" one time but that issue was resolved quickly. My mom is not an easy patient and they've gone above and beyond in servicing her, us, and keeping her motivated (as much as they can). In all honesty, this people should not be in the healthcare business. As I write this review I’m with my wife (their patient) in ER. We’ve had many issues with this people not the least of them 1) Nurse providing wrong instructions for dosage 2) Urgent calls/page to nurse being returned after 5hrs with the responding nurse showing absolutely NO concern for the patient welfare - sounding as if she’s being disturbed 3) providing home IV with no instructions.
