I had a appointment with Julie Shaw on June. 2, 2023. I need my prescription she should have submitted my prescription in auto refill, I called this office on Monday to see if they could submit my refill to the pharmacy and they didn't, they stated Julie Shaw wasn't in one of the physician working in her place would submit my refill it's the weekend and I still don't have my medication. I called the triage nurse she told me to go the emergency room. I shouldn't have to go to the emergency room if I just saw my physician.

I want to start by saying that I’m grateful that this establishment is working directly with the VA for disabled Veterans like myself. The reason I chose 2 stars is because (how the VA told me) they are suppose to obtain any/all medical records needed by the “Non-VA” extension that I gave them not too long ago. Again I called, asking about my records and still the same thing, “You will PHYSICALLY need to go to the Fayetteville VA to fill out a form”. Called in to reschedule my daughter’s appt. the lady who answered the phone(Mrs. Barbara) was very joyful and professional. She made me feel like my child was just as much her concern as mine. I have never had an experience rescheduling where it was nice and enjoyable.
