Nice people to work with
They give you a whopping 7 hour delivery window and state they’ll call one hour prior to delivery. They also make you sign a waiver saying if product is damaged during drop off if no one is home it is not their fault. They do not call and will leave your product out in the rain and you’ll never even know it was delivered. Absolutely horrible business practice. Nice people
I have had in excess of 150 deliveries to my home in the last 9 years on 53' semis. They refused to deliver with a 40' box without ever visiting. Looked at a satellite image which shows only trees and said they couldn't deliver. Flash forward to today. Came to a different address which is a circle drive. We just were there yesterday with a 53' low boy on a road tractor. Refused to deliver again. On a neighborhood that is a complete circle. Not obviously in the freight delivery business.
