Slow, late, unreliable, nothing but excuses. Plays the appointment game then doesn't show up to the appointments. Won't get rid of drivers that are not cut out for the job. When a driver in a 30' city van refuses to do the delivery because it's raining and the management defends that horrible work ethic time and time again, it's time to clean house.
Southeastern Freight Lines was selected to deliver a top-end HVAC to a residence we own. The staff arranging for delivery were exceptionally helpful and professional. The driver called me the next morning to confirm delivery and arrived a few minutes later. The driver was both courteous and helpful, with the rather impressive ability to maneuver an extremely large box truck in reverse up a very narrow, winding driveway shrouded by trees and never once did the box come into contact with even a single branch.
