Not once or twice, but every single time that a package gets shipped to me through this freight company, they send a text for me to choose a predetermined delivery date, I choose the date, they send a confirmation text and they never show up until I call and complain, which I'm about to have to do again. Original delivery date is 12/31/2024 between 7am and 7pm. I'll update this review again, after I call and complain and my shipment is finally delivered.
This guys always show up on time for my pick ups we set up on line .
Great shipping company. Always helpful in deliver info and pick up time. They go out of their way to make sure the handle the business.
