I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. What should have been a straightforward process turned into repeated delays and broken commitments. After three missed pickup appointments, I ultimately had to book a flight to South Florida to retrieve my own belongings because I could no longer rely on them to follow through. Dre is our delivery guy. He's polite, helpful, and when he picks up, I know our items are in good hands, he always in good spirits.
Unequivocally NEVER use this company. Delay after delay after delay, I am now sitting on a flight to South Florida to go pick up my own items after 3 missed pickups. It should have been to my location by now. Use anyone else!
