I HIGHLY recommend not using this transport company. They have destroyed my company’s shipped merchandise and refuse to reimburse for the damages. On top of that SEFL is charging me for shipping costs for my damaged package on their end. It’s been an absolute joke trying to get my situation handled. We’ve tried contacting them and they continuously push me off. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Pay the extra money for quality shipping, you’ll save money in the long run because this company will ROB YOU!!!
Terrible LTL and unreliable service. After waiting all day long for their truck to pick up our load which was extremely time sensitive, we waited until 7pm and no show no call. Use legitimate freight company like FedEx and never use this joke of a service.
