They showed up for a residential freight delivery without even notifying me the package was in my city, and wouldn’t wait for me to meet them. The next day I had to call them to see about getting it delivered as they had no intention of even trying to deliver it the following day. When they did finally schedule, they didn’t show or call during the 2 hour window they said they’d deliver in. They failed in all regards for a delivery company.
