I purchased some grease from these guys and waited almost 2 weeks for delivery. Finally after calling they sent me an email telling me that the price had changed and did I still want it, at the new price. The old price is still posted on their web site! Seems to be a, "bait and Switch" scheme.
I bought a refurbished carpet extractor. I had to have the whole water delivery system replaced. The parts that came off where not 'refurbished'. Based on what the Tennant repairman told me the only refurbishing that occurred were new batteries and spray paint. Very disappointing.
Wrong parts sent even though we sent them pictures and serial number. Received items in opaque bags and had to open to identify then since there were a poorly English translation from Hungary. Returned parts for credit in opened bag but unused condition. Southeastern refused all returns. I would suggest another company with better return policies. Basically we now have over $600 in wrong parts due to their error.
Fast shipping and better pricing on Tennant parts than from local material handling stores. Customer service was great on the phone as well! I will definitely use them again
