knowledgeable staff,service was quick and easy
Bought a brand new Mechatro controller for a sk140. took 6 months to get it. gave them the serial number and everything so it would match the machine. go to install it - everything is in Japanese - can't change the language they have the setting LOCKED. have to pay another $1,000 for them to change the language to English if i want to be able to use the excavator. never was anything said beforehand and there isn't a chance they didn't know. meaning... this is a company that deceives its customers for financial gain.
