I decided to try another ENT since I pay out of pocket and I’m so glad that I did. Everyone was super nice and I felt heard. As many times in my life that I have made visits to the allergy doctor, they have never been as thorough as Jennifer. And the lady that did the hearing test was kind too. I had my first appt. this past week, and found . the entire office staff to be so friendly and helpful, and it didn’t stop there. The nurse (I’m terrible with remembering names) came in and asked further questions about my family medical history. Now, at 70 yrs old my brain doesn’t react as quickly as it once did, and she was so understanding and patient. I have been going to Southeastern ear nose and throat for years and can say every appointment I have had I experience the Best care. The staff are so friendly (the first place I have gone where ALL STAFF is pleasant), professional, explain everything, very understanding, caring, and their advice every time has worked with the problem I am experiencing. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I was referred to this practice from my family doctor. I can’t say enough good things about everyone I have encountered. Dr. Gunnlaugsson is knowledgeable and thorough.
