They only care about taking your money. I had three major issues with them. They will have the desk workers lie to cover their unethical practices. Essentially, an office worker all but told me, "yeah, this place sucks and only want you money." I spent well over 5,000.00 out of pocket and they screwed me over. Beware!

I was recommended to go to Southeastern dental in Fayetteville, for a major procedure. The dentist sent orders to the oral surgeon to remove five of my back teeth and shape some of the bone at my gumline, so that temporary dentures would fit. I was put to sleep for this and after four hours of surgery and over 100 stitches in my gums, the oral surgeon had pulled all of my teeth and ground the bone off on my upper and lower jaw. What can I say, Dr. Aycock was wonderful!! After being frustrated, from a previous consultation at a different oral surgery clinic located on Owen Street, I made the decision to search for another oral surgery clinic and that is how I found the wonderful staff of Southeastern Dental Specialist. I came in with no expectations. I was bummed out after my previous experience with the other clinic. MY VISIT WAS THE BEST DENTAL APPOINTMENT I HAVE EVER HAD. EVERYONE FROM THE DOCTOR TO THE OFFICE MANAGER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND HOW MY ORAL SURGERY WOULD GO. THE OFFICE MANAGER EVEN WENT BACK AND FOURTH WITH MY DENTAL INSURANCE TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY WOULD COVER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SERVICES OF THIS OFFICE!!
