We hired Gary and his team at SEC to replace the main driveway and install a new security gate system at our self-storage facility. Their team was exceptionally professional and understood the critical need to maintain access for our customers. They coordinated the work in phases, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations. Zero stars was not an option: Southeastern Construction Partners LLC has been VERY UNRELIABLE to getting information to me on our new building. I met them on site, walked the property, discussed the plans and was told I'd have a preliminary drawing, pricing within a week. It's been a few weeks now. I've called 5 times, texted 3 times and keep getting told "I'm not sure whey they haven't gotten it to you yet." So far, a big waste of my time.
