Zero stars was not an option: Southeastern Construction Partners LLC has been VERY UNRELIABLE to getting information to me on our new building. I met them on site, walked the property, discussed the plans and was told I'd have a preliminary drawing, pricing within a week. It's been a few weeks now. I've called 5 times, texted 3 times and keep getting told "I'm not sure whey they haven't gotten it to you yet." So far, a big waste of my time. The owner Gary is a great man with decades of experience in the industry.
