He appeared on time, gave me a detailed explanation, and cleaned my dryer vent—which was totally clogged—completely. Now that the vent is clean, my dryer is operating more effectively, and I feel more secure. In addition, he examined my chimney, found little cracks, and promptly fixed them. I heartily recommend them for their efficient, kind, and professional service!
