I was disappointed today Nov. 2 when I took my sister for her appt. On the way out, I heard what I assume was the nurse laughing and saying " she was told several times by the doctor that she could not advise on tobacco substitute" and was still laughing. My sister has a brain injury and does not comprehend very well and also repeats any questions she has. Very disappointing. Everyone needs to be careful what they say about patients because you never know when the patient or family member is within ear shot.

The staff at the front desk is the issue, especially the women with the boy hair cut. I had an apt. arrived maybe 5 minutes late and I don't know what happened after that but because they were goofing off and socializing instead of working they called someone else an hour earlier in my place. Less than 5 minutes later after they realized their mistake they called me to the front desk to say that they called the wrong person back in my place.
