Great customer service and reasonable prices. Woke up to no heat one cold morning. We had a tech here by 10 and the repair done shortly after lunch. Everyone was professional and courteous.
First time using this company so we were very impressed. Explained in detail all questions we had about intital visit. Gave helpful insight into future upgrading needs. They took there time and made sure that everything was checked and performed correctly to our satisfaction before leaving. Thanks Matthew & Shaquille for a job well done.
SBS-NC have been great to work with, they are very organized and will keep you informed and updated through the project. We had to have a complete system replacement, the install guys Zack and Thomas were great, they were polite, courteous and knowledgeable, the speed of the tear-out and install new was impressive. Our new A/C runs whisper quiet and the house is much cooler than before the old system went out. Love it! SBS is easy for me to recommend, they have been wonderful, thank you!
