It's really unfortunate that this group is in charge of any physicians clinic. They make the experience awful. It feels like you're talking to Amazon about a package rather than to a care provider about your care and health as a patient. Avoid any office that is owned/ operated under this group. It will make you want to pull your hair out.. you're lucky to ever get to speak to the office you visit. They refuse to allow you to call directly. You're forced to go through the group(not located at your office) every time.
Clean place, website to book appointments, Staff professional and the nurse/doctor was super empathetic, polite and kind. But they do not pick up the phone and they take more than 20 days to send a referral.

These people will look you dead in your eye and lie to you about the cost of anything. Want to know more about what you're going to be charged? First of all, ask them in person what the total cost will be, and listen to them lie to you by a margin of $500, or you can talk to someone from India that gives you an 'estimate' and tells you the only person that knows for sure what it will cost is your doctor.
