Keith and the guys are STELLAR HUMANS. Today I went in search of foil backed fiberglass insulation board. He welcomed me in the loading dock, into the nicely cool retail space and sold me a beautiful 10x4x1.5 sheet. Then brought it to the dock door and kindly lent me a 4' metal ruler and I got right to work cutting it down to fit the specs for a quiet sound booth I'm custom building for a client this week.
