Recently stopped in here for a procedure and the service was awesome! Kelli was friendly checked me in quickly, then Nancy proceeded with the procedure and made it as pleasant as possible. She had great customer service skills and was very prompt!
This is the first negative review I have ever left, but I am at shock with the care at Mercy’s Women’s Health. The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one star is because the ultrasound tech, nurses, and OBs have been kind. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of reliability and communication from this office. My appointment has been canceled three separate times over the past three months, significantly delaying care. The reasons given have included last-minute technician call-ins and, in one case, scheduling an appointment on a technician’s scheduled day off—only to cancel it the day before. My mom worked here very unprofessional I've called up there multiple times just to not even schedule an appointment because I'm a man I've called up there to ask her if she wants lunch on her break and she always answers the work phone mind you with most utmost respect they let her go for no reason whatsoever terrible place go to St Francis much better care terrible people that work here.
My wife and I went to this location when it was still Southeast. Since the switch to Mercy we have had multiple issues with this location. The most recent being a lack of organization for my wife's appointments. Longer waiting time, much less personable, and multiple miscommunications in regards to the actual visits, regardless of the fact that they have everything on MyChart and should be recording it properly.
