Brian is everything. My doorbell volume was low and I could not hear anyone ringing my bell from upstairs. Brian fixed it and now my camera is working and my doorbell volume is loud. I will be calling him for all of my wiring needs.
Customer of SWS for 9 years. Always knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Need to mention outstanding service provided by Chris Lamb and Angie Helfand. Spent the time to explain new fire alarm inspection law
Worst alarm monitoring company ever. Half the time no one answers the phone and customer service is the worst. I canceled my contract 45 days prior. They still charge me for the month of August and cut off my service. Do not recommend this company at all. I’ve been asking them for a sign to put in front of my house for over six months. They keep telling me it’s in the mail.
They don´t return calls, website doesn´t work, contract is not fair, I´m without service, paying and no support. >> Response from the owner5 months ago Hello, yes I see there is a unique situation you are in.
