Worst alarm monitoring company ever. Half the time no one answers the phone and customer service is the worst. I canceled my contract 45 days prior. They still charge me for the month of August and cut off my service. Do not recommend this company at all. I’ve been asking them for a sign to put in front of my house for over six months. They keep telling me it’s in the mail.

We purchased a new Lennar home in October 2016 with a SWS security system. In the six years and seven months of having their security service and paying for the upgrades over the years, we’ll be firing them. It’s clear that being a small security system/monitoring company, with their mostly poor reviews, it’s obvious they are losing customers or not gaining new ones.
