Abosulutely horrible! DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES. RUDE people. Take your money somewhere else. Terrible, horrible, dreadful, ugly company.
Took down my previous review because I thought we were getting somewhere. Clearly not. They charge you and then you can’t control the alarm from your phone because they canceled your account with the app but took your money. You email and you are talked to through email or on the phone in a very snarky manner. If you happen to get a reply from someone that seems nice they tell you they will get back to you by the end of the day and then they don’t. Brian is everything. My doorbell volume was low and I could not hear anyone ringing my bell from upstairs. Brian fixed it and now my camera is working and my doorbell volume is loud. I will be calling him for all of my wiring needs.
